Ab Tech ("we", "us") operates abtech.com.et from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. You can reach us at contact@abtech.com.et. This policy explains what information we collect on this website, why, and the choices you have.

Information you give us
- Project requests and enquiries: your name, email or Telegram username, project details and budget, which you submit through our forms or by email.
- Messages: anything you send when you contact us directly.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs: IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps, kept for security and troubleshooting.
- Rate limiting: our forms use your IP address to limit repeated submissions and reduce spam.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see section 4.
We do not ask for payment card details on this website. Where a payment page is used for our apps, payment is made through third-party services such as TeleBirr or bank transfer, and we receive only the reference needed to confirm it.
3. How we use information
- To reply to enquiries and quote or deliver projects you request.
- To operate, secure and improve the website.
- To display advertising that helps fund the site (section 4).
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Cookies, advertising and Google AdSense
This website uses Google AdSense to show advertisements. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses and similar technologies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this and other websites, and to measure ad performance and prevent fraud.

Our own site stores one small preference in your browser (a flag that records that you dismissed the cookie notice). Our admin area, which visitors do not use, sets a session cookie for logging in.
5. Sharing and service providers
We share information only where needed to run the site and our services: our hosting provider, email delivery for notifications, Google (advertising and, for our apps, Firebase) and the payment providers you choose to use. These providers process data under their own privacy policies.
6. Retention and security
We keep enquiry and project details only as long as needed to respond and to keep business records, then delete them on request or when they are no longer needed. Submissions are stored in a private database, access to the admin area requires authentication, and connections use HTTPS. No online service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop using it for a purpose you object to. Email contact@abtech.com.et and we will respond within a reasonable time. You may also have rights under the data-protection laws that apply where you live.
8. Children
This website is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Links to other sites
Our pages link to third-party sites and social platforms. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
